Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the IP address and the browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

An anonymized string (hash) created from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

The information provided will be confidential and will be used only to establish communication, respond to requests, and send you information related to our services.

Contact Forms

When you complete a form on our site via Contact Form 7, we collect the data you provide, such as name, email, phone number, and message. We use this information exclusively to respond to your inquiries or send you the requested information. We do not share this data with third parties nor use it for commercial purposes without your prior consent.

To prevent spam and automated access, this site may use Google reCAPTCHA v3. By using the form, you accept Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

If the Flamingo plugin is used, messages sent through forms may be stored internally for the time necessary for administrative management and inquiry follow-up.

Media

We do not request or require image uploads or other media files through the site.

Cookies

Our site uses technical and session cookies necessary for its proper functioning. Cookies may also be set in the following cases:

• If you leave a comment, you may opt in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies for your convenience. These cookies will last for one year.
• If you have an account and log in to this site, a temporary cookie will be set to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
• When you log in, we will also set up cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for one year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognize and automatically approve any follow-up comments instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our website, where applicable, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also see and edit that information.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

You can request access to, rectification, or deletion of your personal data by emailing contact@iph.digital.

The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated, as established in Article 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25,326.

The Agency for Access to Public Information (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip) is the oversight authority for Law No. 25,326 and is empowered to address complaints and claims filed regarding non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.

Visitor comments and form submissions may be checked through an automated spam detection service and security systems such as Google reCAPTCHA.
